FAQs

  • What is the film about?

    Film Synopsis:

In 1934, anthropologist J.D. Unwin studied dozens of civilizations across history and found a striking pattern: every culture that abandoned sexual restraint collapsed within three generations. The Last Stand puts a date on that clock, 1973, and asks a hard question: is this generation the last one?

This feature documentary traces 2,000 years of the fight over the family, the vulnerable, and the unborn, from ancient Rome to revolutionary France to Weimar Germany, revealing that today’s culture war is nothing new. What has changed is the church’s response. For centuries, the church stood against these same currents. The Last Stand argues its recent silence may be the undoing of the west.

The Last Stand is a grassroots movement gaining, church by church, campus by campus, because time is running out. The goal: 2,000+ church screenings, 100+ university screenings, A curriculum, and new White Rose chapters launching in cities across the country.

“Once you see where you stand in history… doing nothing is no longer an option.”

  • Who is The White Rose Resistance?

The White Rose Resistance is a national pro-life movement dedicated to awakening the Church, defending the unborn, and confronting the culture of death. Founded by Seth Gruber, White Rose equips Christians to understand the ideas and ideologies driving abortion and cultural decline and challenges believers to bring biblical truth beyond the walls of the Church and into the public square.

Inspired by Hans and Sophie Scholl and the original White Rose resistance movement, White Rose calls Christians to courageously confront evil rather than remain silent in the face of injustice. Through films, books, media, education, advocacy, events, and grassroots activism, The White Rose Resistance is building and equipping a movement committed to defending life, strengthening the family, and restoring a courageous Christian witness in American culture.

No. The showing of the film is free and open to the public.

However, there will be an offering received to go toward the work that The White Rose Resistance is doing to be part of the solution to the crisis the film presents.
